A Little Magic, A Lot of Love at CREO
Once upon a time—every day, actually—love dances through the studios at CREO Arts & Dance Conservatory. It twirls in the air, tiptoes across the floor, and sparkles every time the music begins.
At CREO, love looks like connection. Our love of movement and creativity connects us. Dance engages all of the senses. It’s learning to listen, to try, and to trust the friends beside you. From tiny toes to confident leaps, no one dances alone in our story.
Love is found in friendship and care. Teachers cheer, dancers encourage one another, and families fill the room with support. Once a month at CREO we “pause for peace.” We care for one another by taking 5 minutes out of our class to stop the music and simply breath, rest, pray, and be in the presence of one another.
Love is also passion. It’s the feeling that bubbles up when the music swells. It’s practicing until a step finally clicks. Dance helps us tell stories without words and reminds us that our feelings matter.
This Valentine’s weekend, our story leaps off the studio floor and onto the stage. Join us for our beloved production, Tales & Tails of Folks & Fairies, performed at 2:00 PM on February 14 & 15 at Hopkins High School. This enchanting tale follows a little girl who wishes her life were like a fairy tale—and discovers that wishes can lead to unexpected adventures and lessons straight from the heart.
And that’s the greatest magic of all: belonging. At CREO, every dancer is part of the story. Effort is celebrated, mistakes help us grow, and love leads the way—on stage, in class, and beyond.
Join us as we dance, dream, and share the magic together. We can’t wait to see you there.
