At Jovi Salon, we’ve been working toward that shift throughout the past year. My name is Rebecca, and as one of the color specialists here, I’ve always believed that beauty is most powerful when it’s rooted in purpose. In 2025, our team committed to elevating our craft in a way that honors both our community and the world around us. That commitment led us to a new chapter we’re proud to share; welcoming Davines and Green Circle Salons to Virginia Beach as part of our ongoing mission to reshape the beauty industry from the inside out.
