Scheduled service visits throughout the year means your home always has time reserved on the calendar. No scrambling. No starting from scratch every time.
The way it works is intentionally simple. As a member, you receive dedicated service visits that can be used for maintenance, small repairs, improvements, or finally tackling those projects that have been sitting on your list for years. We include a yearly materials allowance because we know progress stalls when every little decision becomes a separate approval or invoice.
How we fulfill the service is what truly makes it different. Each visit starts with listening. We want to understand your home, your priorities, and what’s been bothering you the most. Because the work is planned, not rushed, we can move through your list thoughtfully and catch small issues before they turn into bigger ones.
