Hello neighbors, my name is Julie Fearing and I’m the General Manager at Majestic Oaks Golf Course right here in the community. As we head into another golf season, I wanted to share some of the cool, new things happening at the club!
If you’ve driven past Majestic Oaks lately, you may have noticed something feels a little different. Yes, the snow is finally gone and the course is starting to show some green again but that’s not what I mean. There’s been a new kind of energy building here!
Over the winter, we spent a lot of time rethinking and refreshing the Oaks Bar & Grill. The space has been updated to feel more open, more comfortable, and more welcoming whether you’re coming in after a round or just stopping by for dinner. From improved seating areas and updated finishes to a better overall flow in the room, the goal was simple — create a place people genuinely want to spend time.
We’ve also brought new energy into the kitchen with Executive Chef Kyle Dunham. Chef Kyle comes with experience opening restaurants and building strong culinary teams, and his focus is straightforward — serve food that gives people a reason to come back. You’ll still find some longtime favorites, but the menu now includes new dishes, seasonal flavors, and shareable options that make it easy for groups to settle in and stay awhile.
Oh, and I should mention, we still have all the things you love about Majestic Oaks.
Golf has and always will be the heartbeat of this property. With 45 holes, active leagues, tournaments, outings, and everyday play, the course continues to bring people here year after year. That tradition isn’t going anywhere. What we’re focused on now is making the experience feel just as complete once the clubs go back in the bag.
Events also continue to play a big role in bringing people together. Friday nights now feature Initials Trivia, which has quickly become competitive, loud, and a lot of fun. Bingo remains a tradition many guests look forward to, and as summer approaches you’ll start to see more themed nights, live entertainment, and other opportunities to gather.
Of course, all of this only works because of the people behind it. And that hasn’t changed either!
Inside the Oaks Bar & Grill, team members like Amy, Alex, Tasha, Jeff, and Leah are returning. They’re the people who remember your usual order, know your trivia team name, and keep things running smoothly even when the room is packed.
Out on the golf side, Adam, Austin, Andrew, and Aaron continue to keep leagues organized and tournaments moving. And long before most of us are awake, Ben, AJ, and the grounds crew are already out making sure the property looks the way golfers have come to expect. Fun Fact: the grounds crew built their new brand new bar out of oak and maple harvested right from the course. It’s stunning!
For years, Majestic Oaks has been known for its beautiful property and strong golf culture. Now the Oaks Bar & Grill matches that same level of energy!
