How long does the process take?
Most full-arch patients receive their initial teeth the same day as surgery. Healing and final teeth depend on your personalized plan
Will I be put to sleep, and how much pain should I expect afterward?
If appropriate, yes. Our clinic meets Category 1 anesthesia standards, the same level required for surgical centers, so you can feel confident you’re in a highly safe environment. Most patients are surprised by how comfortable the entire experience is. We use advanced anesthesia and PRF to reduce pain, support healing, and help you recover more quickly.
How much does it cost?

Do I need bone grafts?

How many implants do I need?
Full-arch patients typically need four to six implants per arch, depending on anatomy and goals.
Are the teeth custom‑designed or converted dentures?
Yes, your teeth are fully custom‑designed using advanced CAD‑CAM technology. We rarely perform “denture conversions,” where a denture is trimmed and drilled to fit implants.
Do you have both an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Prosthodontist in your practice?
Yes, we have both an oral surgeon and a prosthodontist on-site. During your initial consult, you’ll meet with both doctors to answer questions and create a personalized, collaborative treatment plan. Dr. Roderick VanSurksum, a board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, and Dr. Zane Clark-Gold, a prosthodontist specializing in complex cases, work together on every full-arch procedure.
