Today’s idea of wellness is changing. It’s no longer simply about eating right or getting enough exercise. True wellness is about living well—physically, mentally, socially and emotionally.

And that’s exactly what we believe senior living should be about.

At Summit Place Senior Campus, the Summit Club provides a place where wellness becomes part of everyday life. It’s a place to move, connect, learn, relax and simply enjoy being part of a community.  The state-of-the-art equipment simply sets the stage!

Staying active is an important part of healthy aging, and our residents have plenty of ways to keep moving. Our large onsite swimming pool provides a wonderful option for low-impact exercise and recreation, while daily fitness opportunities throughout the community make it easier to build movement into your daily routine.

And when a little extra support is needed, our onsite physical therapy programs make rehabilitation and maintaining strength and mobility more convenient—without having to leave campus. (Onsite therapy programs provided by Ascend Rehabilitation).

Keep Your Mind Engaged.

Wellness isn’t just physical. Staying curious, learning new things and having opportunities to challenge your mind are all part of living a vibrant life.

Whether it’s trying something new, participating in a program, joining a discussion or simply sharing ideas with friends, the Summit Club offers opportunities to keep your mind active and engaged.

Wellness Looks Different for Everyone.

For one person, wellness might mean swimming a few laps in the pool. For another, it might mean working with physical therapy to regain strength, joining friends for an activity, learning something new or enjoying a good conversation over coffee.

Because senior living isn’t just about having a place to live.

The Summit Club is a pretty great place to start!
