REAL stands for “Referrals and Leads,” but it’s always been about more than just business. We meet weekly—not just to pass leads, but to invest in each other’s success. We share wins, challenges, and real-world strategies you can actually use. And the best part? We genuinely enjoy each other’s company. It’s a fun, supportive environment that makes showing up every week something to look forward to.
Unlike the typical networking meetings, we keep things simple. Low cost, no corporate overhead, and every dollar goes back into the group—for events, breakfasts, and ways to bring even more value to our partners.
REAL meets at 8:00am every Thursday at the Chanhassen Rec Center
