If an athlete came to your center, which therapies or technologies would you most likely recommend, and why?

Whether you’re a competitive athlete, a weekend golfer, or someone who simply enjoys staying active, the body’s needs are remarkably similar: recover efficiently, reduce inflammation, prevent injury, and maintain peak performance.

Rather than relying on a single treatment, I believe in creating a comprehensive recovery strategy tailored to each individual. At Vibrance 360, athletes often combine Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, also known as HBOT, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Cryotherapy because each targets a different aspect of recovery.

HBOT increases oxygen delivery to tissues, supporting healing and helping reduce inflammation. Red Light Therapy enhances cellular energy production to promote muscle recovery and tissue repair. Infrared Sauna supports circulation, relaxation, and cardiovascular conditioning, while Cryotherapy helps decrease soreness and accelerate recovery after intense physical activity.

For athletes looking to optimize strength and performance, we also incorporate technologies such as Emsculpt NEO to build functional muscle and Exomind to support focus, stress resilience, sleep quality, and mental recovery. Peak performance isn’t just about training harder. It’s about recovering smarter. That’s the philosophy behind everything we do.

How does Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy work on the body, and how frequently can someone receive it to experience the benefits?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is one of the most exciting advances in regenerative and longevity medicine because it enhances one of the body’s most fundamental healing tools: oxygen.

During treatment, patients breathe 100% oxygen inside a pressurized chamber, allowing significantly more oxygen to dissolve into the bloodstream and reach tissues throughout the body. This increased oxygen availability supports cellular repair, helps reduce inflammation, promotes the formation of new blood vessels, and enhances the body’s natural healing processes.

HBOT has been used safely for decades to treat conditions such as diabetic wounds, radiation injury, carbon monoxide poisoning, and decompression sickness. More recently, growing research has explored its benefits for athletic recovery, cognitive performance, healthy aging, and overall wellness.

The ideal treatment schedule depends on each person’s goals. For general wellness and healthy aging, many individuals benefit from one or two sessions per week. Athletes recovering from intense training or injury may choose more frequent sessions, while medical conditions often require a customized treatment protocol under physician supervision.

At Vibrance 360, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all medicine. Every treatment plan is personalized to help each patient achieve optimal recovery, performance, and long-term health.

When it comes to skincare, some of your products are “medical-grade.” What does that mean?

Healthy, youthful skin is built on science, not marketing. Medical-grade skincare refers to products formulated with clinically studied active ingredients at concentrations designed to create meaningful biological changes within the skin. These products are developed to support collagen production, encourage healthy cell turnover, strengthen the skin barrier, reduce the appearance of pigmentation, and protect against environmental damage. Equally important is proper diagnosis. Every person’s skin ages differently, which is why we begin with a comprehensive skin analysis before recommending a treatment plan. By understanding each patient’s unique skin condition, we can combine medical-grade skincare with technologies such as Sciton BBL HERO, HALO laser resurfacing, radiofrequency microneedling, and other regenerative treatments to achieve healthier, more natural-looking results.

I always tell my patients that skincare isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about maintaining healthy skin that continues to age beautifully.

What made you choose Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Cryotherapy as foundational tools for restoration and recovery?

When I designed Vibrance 360, I wanted to build a foundation that almost everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, could benefit from safely and consistently. The common thread behind aging, chronic disease, and slower recovery is inflammation and declining cellular function. Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Cryotherapy each work through different biological mechanisms, yet together they help support the body’s natural ability to heal, adapt, and recover.

Red Light Therapy supports mitochondrial function, increasing the energy our cells need to repair and regenerate. Infrared Sauna improves circulation, promotes relaxation, supports cardiovascular health, and encourages recovery after physical or mental stress. Cryotherapy stimulates the body’s natural adaptive response to cold, helping reduce inflammation, relieve muscle soreness, and improve energy and resilience.

These therapies are noninvasive, require little to no downtime, and fit easily into a healthy lifestyle. They are not intended to replace good nutrition, exercise, or sleep. They enhance those healthy habits by helping the body function more efficiently. That is why these therapies became the foundation of our wellness membership. My goal is not simply to help people look younger, but to help them live healthier, stay active longer, and improve their healthspan as they age.
