From Hammers to Homes in Southwest Michigan

For Victoria Knight, real estate isn’t just about transactions, it’s about the sanctuary of home. Growing up in Southwest Michigan, Victoria learned early on how deeply a home anchors a family. That foundational belief, paired with a lifelong passion for architecture and design, drove her to build a career dedicated to helping others plant strong, lasting roots.

Today, as a licensed associate Broker and the Team Lead of The Rudlaff Realty Group with Century 21 Affiliated, Victoria brings an unmatched level of expertise to the local market. What truly sets her apart is a rare asset in the real estate industry: she is also a licensed General Contractor.

The Ultimate Real Estate Advantage

Whether navigating a high-stakes negotiation or evaluating a property’s structural integrity, Victoria’s dual expertise provides her clients with total peace of mind.

“I don’t just look at the aesthetic of a home; I understand how it functions from the inside out,” Victoria says.

For sellers, Victoria uses a unique “good-better-best” strategy to prepare properties for the market, addressing potential inspection roadblocks before they ever arise to maximize ROL. For buyers, her structural knowledge allows her to point out critical details before an offer is even written. Backed by a vast, trusted network of local tradespeople, she ensures her clients are always steps ahead. In today’s competitive landscape, Victoria’s driven, energetic approach has consistently won intense bidding wars by uncovering the unique “pain points” of a transaction to secure seamless victories.

Passionate About Community Education

Victoria’s passion for real estate goes far beyond buying and selling; she is deeply committed to empowering the community through education. She serves as the Chair of the Education Committee for the local Realtor association and frequently speaks at area high schools, inspiring the next generation to explore careers in real estate and the trades.

For Victoria, educating homeowners on asset preservation is a vital part of her daily work. She regularly meets with local residents just to review their properties, helping them forecast and plan for future repairs so they can maintain their homes beautifully and protect their equity.

Rooted in Southwest Michigan

When she isn’t mastering the market or teaching, Victoria values a vibrant, active lifestyle alongside her fiancé and their two beloved dogs, Willow (a Blue Heeler) and Rudy (a Pomsky). Deeply committed to health and wellness, you can often find them lifting weights, biking, or running the local sand dunes along Lake Michigan. The couple is also putting the finishing touches on their own new home in St. Joseph as they prepare to tie the knot later this year.

“I love the small-town community feel of Southwest Michigan,” Victoria shares.

“Maintaining the beauty, safety, and value of our local neighborhoods is highly personal to me.”
