By 2021, the company had outgrown its home garage and moved into its first commercial location on Tyler Boulevard in Mentor. As the business expanded, so did its services. What began as a roofing company evolved into Powers Roofing & Exteriors, offering roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and skylights while remaining committed to one simple mission: Redefining the Standards of the Customer Experience.

Earlier this year, Powers Roofing & Exteriors reached another exciting milestone by moving into a larger headquarters—also located on Tyler Boulevard. While the new facility provides room for the company’s continued growth, Connor and Shannon see it as much more than a larger office.
The additional space allows for expanded employee education, hands-on product training, and enhanced customer service development. The new headquarters also creates opportunities to further improve the customer experience. Although the company has grown from a garage startup into a thriving local business, the heart behind Powers Roofing & Exteriors hasn’t changed.
