The Story Behind Welder For Christ
What started as a dream is slowly becoming a reality.
For Zane Henderson, Welder For Christ is about much more than welding and fabrication. It’s about faith, hard work, serving others, and giving back to the community he has always called home.
Born and raised right here in the local community, Zane has always had a heart for the people and the place that shaped him. In 2024, he decided to take a dream and turn it into something tangible by starting Welder For Christ—a business built on the belief that quality work and honest service can make a lasting difference.
The mission is simple: provide quality welding and fabrication work at a reasonable price while treating every customer with honesty, respect, and integrity.
From heavy equipment and trailer repairs to aluminum welding, fences, gates, and custom fabrication, Welder For Christ is equipped to take on a variety of projects. But for Zane, each job is about more than completing a project. It is an opportunity to serve someone, build trust, and show customers that they matter.
“I’m thankful for every customer who has trusted me with their projects along the way,” Zane says.
While growing a successful business is important, the vision behind Welder For Christ reaches much further.
A Vision for Second Chances
One of Zane’s greatest hopes is that Welder For Christ will one day become an opportunity for others to receive a second chance.
Life can take people down unexpected paths. Some may have made mistakes, struggled to find their place, or simply need someone willing to believe in them. Zane hopes to create opportunities for people like that—opportunities to learn a trade, develop valuable skills, find honest work, and build a better future.
“We want to build more than a business. We want to build people.”
That philosophy is at the heart of the company’s long-term vision.
As Welder For Christ continues to grow, Zane hopes to create jobs, teach valuable trade skills, provide honest work, and give back to the community that raised him. His belief is simple: when someone is blessed with an opportunity, they should use that opportunity to bless someone else.
Faith at the Foundation
The name Welder For Christ reflects the faith that serves as the foundation of the business. Zane strives to let that faith influence the way he works, serves customers, and looks toward the future.
Matthew 5:16 says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
For Zane, those words represent the kind of business he hopes to build—one that not only produces quality work, but also creates opportunities, encourages others, and makes a positive impact.
What began as a dream in 2024 is becoming a reality one project and one customer at a time.
Welder For Christ isn’t just about building things. It’s about building relationships, building opportunities, and ultimately building people—all while proudly serving the community where Zane was born and raised.
