Ready to Buy a Home?

Buying a home is exciting, a little nerve-racking, and sometimes feels like a whole lot of paperwork between you and those new keys! But with the right people in your corner, it doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

Here are a few things to know before you start house hunting!

First Things First—Let’s Talk Money

Before we start touring every cute house with a front porch, go ahead and talk with a trusted lender and get pre-approved.

Knowing your buying power helps us shop smart and keeps you from falling head-over-heels for a home that doesn’t fit your budget. And don’t forget to plan for more than just the down payment—closing costs, inspections, insurance, moving expenses, and maybe a little extra for that new couch you suddenly have to have!

Must-Haves vs. “Well, That’d Be Nice!”

Big kitchen?
Fenced backyard for the pups?
Enough closet space to avoid a family argument? Definitely.

Before we start looking, decide what you need versus what you’d love to have. No house is perfect, but sometimes the right one checks the boxes that matter most—and surprises you with a few extras!

Found “The One”?

When you walk through the door and think, “Yep…this feels like home,” it’s time to talk strategy.

There’s more to a strong offer than just the price. We’ll work through financing, earnest money, inspections, contingencies, closing dates, and all those little details together.

Once your offer is accepted—woohoo! We will move through inspections, appraisal, financing, title work, and everything else standing between you and closing day.

Then Comes the BEST Part…

Closing day!

You’ll sign the paperwork, grab those keys, and officially become a homeowner. There’s just something special about that moment.

Buying a home is a big decision, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’ll be there to answer questions, explain the process, and help keep things moving from the beginning to the end.

Thinking about buying but don’t know where to start? Call or text me! No pressure and no silly questions—just a good conversation about what it takes to get you HOME
