A bubbling little brew that’s dangerously easy to drink.
What You’ll Need
- 2 oz caramel vodka
- 2 oz apple cider
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Caramel sauce, for the rim
- Cinnamon sugar, for the rim
- Apple slice for garnish
- Optional: a tiny pinch of edible black or purple cocktail glitter ✨
Conjure Your Cocktail
1. Prepare the cauldron.
Drizzle caramel sauce around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip it into cinnamon sugar. A little messy is encouraged. Witches aren’t known for their clean kitchens.
2. Mix your potion.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the caramel vodka, apple cider, cranberry juice and lime juice. Shake until thoroughly chilled—or until you’ve sufficiently frightened everyone nearby.
3. Add a little magic.
Strain into your prepared glass over fresh ice. Add a tiny pinch of edible cocktail glitter if you’re feeling particularly witchy.
4. Make it bubble.
Top with ginger beer and give it one gentle stir.
5. Garnish & serve.
Add a thin apple slice and serve immediately.
Witch’s Warning:
This tastes suspiciously like a caramel apple and not nearly enough like alcohol. Proceed accordingly.
For an extra-spooky presentation: Freeze plastic spiders under an ice cube tray or use skull-shaped ice molds—just keep any non-food decorations outside the drink itself.
