  • Copied!

An easy, elegant appetizer with fall flavors—perfect for Thanksgiving or November entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 (8 oz.) round Brie cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • ½ tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Unroll crescent dough and press seams together to form one sheet. Place Brie in the center of the dough. Spoon cranberry sauce over the top and sprinkle with rosemary. Fold dough around the Brie, pinching the edges to seal completely. Place seam-side down on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown. Let stand about 15 minutes before serving. Serve warm with thinly sliced pears.

Make It a Mocktail: Skip the wine and rum and use 3 cups pomegranate juice + 3 cups pomegranate-apple sparkling juice instead. Chill with the fruit, then add the sparkling juice just before serving.

November Tip: Make the base the night before Thanksgiving so the fruit has plenty of time to infuse the drink.
