Meet Archie and Milo Greene, littermates and best friends born March 17, 2019, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Though they might not look like brothers, these two have only spent two days apart since birth. When separated, they wait by the door for their brother to return.
Their favorite activities include golf cart rides, trips to the dog park and sitting in the office window while Mom works. Despite their close bond, their personalities couldn’t be more different.
Archie is the ultimate lap dog, always ready to give love and snuggles—but he also has a stubborn streak. When Archie decides a walk or dog park visit is over, he makes his opinion very clear. It starts with a look and a side-eye that says, “Hell no, I’m not going.” Then he slowly sits, falls onto his side and finally rolls onto his back with all four legs in the air. That’s our signal that he expects to be carried home! Of course, once there, he suddenly finds plenty of energy to race straight to the pool for a refreshing dip.
Milo, on the other hand, is our FOMO dog—the friend who would call at 2 a.m. ready to go out and party. He has also appointed himself neighborhood watchdog, keeping us safe from all the “shady characters” lurking around Margaritaville. When Milo has something to say, he makes sure everyone hears it. Most of the time, his barking simply means, “Come play with me!” His reward is plenty of enthusiastic face kisses, whether you want them or not. Sometimes he even lands one directly on your mouth! It’s Milo’s love language, so we return the affection with extra belly rubs.
Archie and Milo bring so much happiness to our family, and we can’t imagine life without them. If you see these two pulling us through the neighborhood on one of their walks, be sure to say hello. They love meeting new people and making new four-legged friends!
