As we enter this season of gratitude, I find myself reflecting on the relationships, experiences, and opportunities that have shaped my career in construction. After more than four decades in the industry, one thing has remained constant: the greatest satisfaction has never come simply from completing a beautiful building, but from knowing what that building means to the people who call it home.
With that same appreciation for where we’ve been and excitement for what’s ahead, I’m proud to announce a new chapter for our company. RLH Residential is becoming Park & Pine Homes, a new name that represents our continued growth and evolution while remaining rooted in the values that have always guided us.
At Park & Pine Homes, we believe that building a home is about far more than construction. It is about creating a place where life happens, memories are made, and every detail reflects the people who call it home.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working on projects of every scale and complexity. Yet there is something uniquely rewarding about custom residential construction. Every decision matters, every detail has meaning, and every client brings a different vision of what home should feel like.
For years, our team has had the privilege of serving homeowners throughout Central Florida through custom home building, luxury renovations, and thoughtful residential construction. I’m incredibly thankful for every client who has trusted us with such a meaningful investment. From the first conversation to the final detail, our goal has always been to provide exceptional service while bringing each client’s vision to life.
I recognize that inviting a builder into your home, or trusting one to create an entirely new home, is a significant decision. It requires confidence not only in the quality of the work, but in the people behind it. That trust is something we work to earn through honest communication, careful planning, and attention to the details that matter most.
Under our new name, we’ll continue doing what we love: building distinctive custom homes, transforming existing spaces through renovations, and providing a level of care that makes the building process feel luxurious, not overwhelming.
I’ve always believed luxury is found not only in the finished product, but in the experience along the way. It’s in the communication, the craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and the confidence our clients have in knowing their home is being cared for as if it were our own.
As Park & Pine Homes, we look forward to building on the relationships and trust that brought us here. This Thanksgiving, I’m especially grateful for the homeowners who have welcomed us into their lives and the communities that have supported us.
A new name, but the same commitment to our clients, our craftsmanship, and doing things the right way.
Here’s to what we have built, what we are building now, and everything still ahead.
