1. How did you hear about PH Design?
When we purchased our home, we started looking for a home renovation company. Photos of PH Design’s work popped up on social media. We liked the images we saw of their home renovations and new builds, so we reached out for more information.
2. What ultimately made your decision to go with PH Design?
We were immediately impressed with PH Design. Their customer service from the beginning far surpassed other companies we met with. The entire team took their time and listened to what we wanted not only from a functional standpoint but also from a design aspect. They put together a detailed quote based on our needs and met with us to go over any questions we had. Their designer Sarah also prepared a presentation that included samples of materials for our project. She nailed the design 100% from the start and we knew this was the team for us.
3. In a few sentences tell us what PH Design did for you.
We originally planned to only update our kitchen. We ended up renovating most of our first floor to include the kitchen, great room, hearth room, converted a storage closet into a mudroom, laundry room, dining room and 2 story foyer. PH Design accommodated all of our change requests without hesitation and ensured a seamless design throughout our home. Communication during our project was consistent and our project manager Nick was on site almost every day.
4. What most impressed you about your experience with PH Design?
There were many things that impressed us with PH Design. The most notable thing was the effort they took to resolve issues. Renovations are stressful and PH Design lifted that stress off of our shoulders in how great they were with resolving issues.
5. Would you refer PH Design to your friends and family?
We would absolutely recommend PH Design. We have gotten so many compliments on our home, and we always tell our friends and family if they are wanting to do any home renovations to go with PH Design. We plan to use PH Design for any future home updates. The true success of any renovation is measured by the people who live within it. Seeing our clients standing proudly in their finished home reminds us why we do what we do. Their home now reflects not only refined design, but also comfort, confidence, and joy.
