When we pull into your driveway and start mapping out your backyard, we’re thinking about it the same way we’d think about our own. That means we want whatever goes in the ground to be there for the long haul, hold up to Mississippi summers and the occasional hard freeze, and look as good in year twenty as it does in year one.
Gunite makes that possible in a way other materials simply don’t.
The structure is something else.
Gunite is concrete sprayed over a steel rebar framework. The result is dense, solid, and genuinely tough. It doesn’t warp, it doesn’t liner-out, and it doesn’t care how many people pile in on a July afternoon. Extreme heat, hard use, cold snaps, none of it phases a properly built gunite pool.
It’s also completely custom, down to the last curve.
Fiberglass and vinyl liner pools come in set shapes. You pick from a menu. Gunite is different because we’re building yours from scratch, on your property, to fit your specific yard and vision. Long and narrow? Wide and shallow with a beach entry? Freeform with a tanning ledge and a waterfall? All of it is on the table. If you can sketch it, we can usually build it.
The features people really want? Gunite handles them.
Swim-up benches, grottos, sun shelves, raised spillovers, integrated spa, you name it. Because gunite pools are shaped by hand rather than pulled from a mold, we can incorporate just about anything into the design. That’s one of the biggest reasons custom pool buyers end up here.
The math over time works in your favor.
Vinyl liners need replacing. Fiberglass has limitations on size and depth. A well-maintained gunite pool can go 30 to 40 years or more without major structural issues. The upfront investment tends to look better and better the longer you own the pool.
And the work itself is done by us.
