At Shape It Up Fitness & Athleisure, we believe our community is about so much more than fitness. It’s about showing up for one another—through the good days, the hard days, and everything in between.
This year, our Shape It Up family is proudly standing behind two incredible members, Melanie Hagen and Brittany Krusenstjerna, as they navigate their journeys through breast cancer treatment.
Both Melanie and Brittany are continuing to do what they can to stay active during treatment, working out when their bodies allow and taking things one day at a time. Their strength, determination and willingness to keep moving forward have inspired so many of us.

At Shape It Up, we know that a workout doesn’t always look the same. Some days it may be a full class, while other days it may simply be walking through the door, moving for a few minutes or giving yourself grace to rest. What matters is showing up for yourself in whatever way you can.
And while Melanie and Brittany are fighting their own battles, they are not fighting alone.
Our Shape It Up community has surrounded them with encouragement, love, prayers and plenty of cheering from the sidelines. We’re incredibly proud of these two women and honored to walk alongside them as they continue to fight.
We were also excited to support the Hope Chest Foundation at the Fall Market & Fashion Show at Schram Winery on Wednesday, October 7th. Shape It Up Athleisure Boutique participated in the event, which brought our community together to raise awareness and support for those affected by breast cancer.

The event is especially meaningful to us because Shape It Up dressed the Krusenstjerna family for the fashion show.
Supporting our community is at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s organizing a fundraiser, donating our time, showing up for an event or simply sending prayers and encouragement, we believe in lifting one another up.
Because at Shape It Up, we’re more than a fitness studio. We’re a family and when one of us is fighting, we fight together.
